Tour Itinerary
You will be picked up in the morning from your hotel before sunrise and drive along the scenic Mombasa – Nairobi road to your 3 days 2 nights Tsavo east national park safari. Enter the park via Bachuma gate and embark on a tour drive in search of animals. We may visit the Aruba dam and Kanderi where lots of animals could be found mainly during the dry spell. Check in at the lodge and settle down for lunch. An afternoon tour drive viewing is scheduled for later in the day. This takes us on the trails of the big five with magnificent views of the African sunset. Dinner and overnight at the safari lodge/safari camp of choice.
Breakfast, morning tour-drive in search of animals within the park. We will be leaving Tsavo East for Tsavo West. Lunch at the safari lodge/safari camp of choice. Afternoon tour drive with a visit to the Rhino sanctuary whereby if lucky, we may see the black shy rhino. Other species are a leopard, buffalo, elephant, lion, giraffe and many more among other wild games. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Camp.
Breakfast, tour drive viewing before sunrise when nature is at its best with the predators out for the hunt and the grazers browsing the soft, dewy vegetation. Visit Mzima Springs with game viewing en-route for a walking safari. In the Mzima crystal clear waters, we spot hippos, crocodiles, exotic fish, and unique migratory birds. Exit from the park and drive back to Diani with our lunch en-route at a stop-over restaurant. Arrive in Mombasa/Diani late in the afternoon. Drop-off at your hotel in Mombasa/Diani.
